MISSION REPORT – Norvil & Letty Bremnes

August, 2020

Greetings to everyone!

Several of you have asked how Letty and I have been doing through this pandemic.  Well, Praise the Lord, we are both healthy and doing great! Thanks for holding us up in prayer!

FELIPE AND KAYLEE BRING DELIGHT TO THE CHILDREN DURING VISIT

In February, Kaylee and Felipe, from Sonrise church, Surrey, B.C., spent some time with us.

Felipe and Kaylee helped at the construction site, ministered to the children and pleasantly surprised and delighted them with face painting.  Thank you, Kaylee and Felipe, for all of your help!

GIVING FOOD HAMPERS TO NEEDY FAMILIES

As a result of donations from ACOP Global Harvest Humanitarian Aid 2020, Compassion International, and other donations, we are grateful to the Lord that he has made a way for us to be able to give out many food hampers to needy families during these difficult times.

MOVE TO OUR NEW PREMISES

We had originally been informed that our former rented facilities were only available till July 1.

  • So at the end of June, we moved all of our desks, chairs and supplies to the first level of our new facilities.
  • Our building is now at lock-up stage. The first level has seven classrooms, washrooms and a large kitchen and is 80% complete.
  • The second (upper) level is about 60% complete.

Thank you for taking an interest in the work here in Ecuador.
