Lapka Family in El Salvador

Our God of Mercy and Power

Luke 6:36 – “Therefore be merciful, just as your Father also is merciful.”

Charis and Kaelyn help make food packages.

In total since April, more than 200 packages have been gifted.

June 1st at 5am local time, Tropical Storm Amanda was hitting El Salvador hard. Heavy winds and rain caused major damage throughout El Salvador and left 14 people dead and thousands homeless.
After Tropical Storm Amanda there was widespread damage to roads and houses in Corinto. We were able to help with food bags through private donations and the ACOP Relief fund. Our neighbours donated  clothing and ACOP relief funds also helped  a Church family rebuild their home.
God is glorified and His unending mercy is displayed when we come together as one to lend a helping hand.
