Hello everyone, we hope you are all doing well!

“If you need wisdom, ask our generous God, and He will give it to you. He will not rebuke you for asking.”

James 1:5

In this season of preparation for moving overseas, we feel that the Lord has been preparing and growing us greatly. Currently, our focus is primarily on securing support, navigating the visa application process, and pressing into the truth of God’s Word.

Taliya, specifically, has been feeling the leading of the Holy Spirit to start challenging lies she has identified in her life with God’s truth. This is one of the many ways God is preparing our hearts for what is to come. Being rooted in truth is a crucial lesson Taliya is learning because sometimes, sneaky lies make their way into our heads and cause us to doubt God’s goodness and power. How wonderful He has created us, and what His call is for our lives! Seeking truth in the Word and being rooted in it.

“Stand your ground, putting on the belt of truth and the body armor of God’s righteousness.”

Ephesians 6:14

Our weekly church small group held at our home continues to be a source of immense blessing and growth. Gathering around shared meals, delving into Scripture and discussions, and lifting each other in prayer has been a rich experience for all involved. We’ve been digging into the book of James and with each chapter we’ve found so much to wrestle with and chew through.

Both of us have grown in our photography and videography skills as we hope to utilize them overseas. We’ve both been busy shooting for clients, learning new techniques, and we shot our first wedding together in February! We hope to use our skills after we move, as a means to share stories, testimonies, victories, and the beauty of the country—all while bringing glory to God.

As we prepare to embark on this life-changing journey, we’re reaching out to our beloved community for support. Your generosity and support mean the world to us, and we’re incredibly grateful for your continued encouragement and support.
