“In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.” -1 Thessalonians 5:18

We give thanks for the peace of God, clarity, strength, loving family, provision, and assurance. We have also had answers to prayer recently for family members who have passed through difficult circumstances, and we are grateful for this.

Ministry Opportunities: Home and Abroad

We spent some time in Gatineau and Ottawa and saw many prayers answered and lives being transformed. Some of the men Gary has been walking with have been making serious progress in their faith, and the French wing of Impactus (Promise Keepers) has been advancing throughout the province.

We also did some ministry in three towns across Nunavik, QC, and Gary was able to make more than 60 personal contacts. We saw four young adults saved and three baptized, as well as two marriages brought closer to healing.

Souls are being saved and fellowships established in Africa, and wells will soon be drilled. A church is being rebuilt and several others are being renovated to meet government codes, and a ten-room dormitory at a Bible school will soon be constructed. Additionally, professional Christian counseling is being implemented for suicide prevention.

I (Gary) am heading back to Africa soon, and recently, as I was getting my typhoid shot, the man asked where I would be traveling and what I’d be doing. When the subject of God and teaching pastors came up, he asked: “Is it like here in Quebec where religion is on the decline?” He was surprised when I told him: “No, in fact, the opposite is true.” Things are advancing in Africa as people experience a relationship with Christ, healing both body and soul, and it has been a very encouraging thing.

Thank you for your continued prayers over us. We are so appreciative.
