Disciples who make disciples.

“Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians‬ ‭4‬:‭6‬-‭7‬ )

In a world increasingly marked by chaos, where safety is elusive, we find our strongest refuge not in nations, platforms, or economies, but in the divine calling God has placed upon our lives. Let us seek to better understand and fulfill this calling, as we navigate the days ahead together!

Romania, a nation in crisis

Romania faces profound challenges: political unrest, the absence of an interim government, and a devastating cyberattack that erased our land registry, crippling the real estate market for months. These issues paint a vivid picture of a country in turmoil. We urgently ask for your prayers for peace and protection for the Romanian people!

Celebrating a new beginning: The Rapha House

Amidst all the challenges, we have incredible news: the opening of the Rapha House, a true ministry miracle! After extensive renovations led by Chris, with invaluable help from Ovi, our son Filip, and devoted friends from Resita, we officially opened our doors in March.

The Rapha House is a sanctuary where individuals can find restoration for their spirit, soul, and body. We offer ongoing discipleship, prayer ministry, a wellness room, accommodations for visitors, and various seminars designed to uplift and empower.

We have already welcomed guests from the Republic of Moldova, England, and various cities across Romania. They come to receive personal ministry and experience the peace that our sanctuary offers.

Our monthly worship nights have grown tremendously, requiring us to host them in larger venues, such as local churches, to accommodate the increasing attendance.

This summer, we’re excited to launch two “Schools of Ministry” due to overwhelming interest!

Father’s House: a safe haven for children

While we faced challenges raising funds for a summer camp for these families, we are committed to keeping the children connected through regular meetings, visits to families, and other activities, ensuring they remain surrounded by a good community of friends.

We are blessed to have welcomed two new siblings into our Father’s House family. Abandoned by their mother outside the city hall in Bazna, they have quickly adapted to their loving new home, filled with nourishing food, clean clothes, and joyful toys.

We also support a devoted single mother caring for her severely disabled foster son, Mihai, who continues to thrive against all odds thanks to her unwavering love.

This month, we celebrated Gabriel’s graduation! Once an abandoned child adopted by a dedicated single father, Gabriel has become an electrical engineer and is now giving back to his community, embodying the transformative power of love and support.

Our own journey of faith

Eight years ago, we moved to Romania with our sons, Filip and David, then in grades 9 and 7. Today, both are proud graduates of Romanian universities. Through trials and tribulations, God has shown us incredible faithfulness. Working in Romania has its challenges, yet our commitment remains unwavering. We are profoundly grateful for those who enable us to continue this important work.

Thank you for supporting us in bringing hope and healing to those in need.
