A least-reached or unreached people is a people group among which there is no indigenous community of believing Christians with adequate numbers and resources to evangelize this people group without outside assistance. A people group is deemed least-reached when no more than 2% of their population are evangelical Christian. According to Joshua Project, there are over 6,500 unreached people groups representing 41.5% of all the world’s people groups. (Matthew 28:19-20)
