A people group with little to no Gospel access is among which there is no indigenous community of believing Christians with adequate numbers and resources to evangelize this people group without outside assistance. A people group is deemed to have little Gospel access when no more than 2% of their population are evangelical Christian. According to Joshua Project, there are over 6,500 people groups without Gospel access representing 41.5% of all the world’s people groups. These people groups are also referred to as “least reached” or “unreached” with the gospel. (Matthew 28:19-20)
